As a gym owner/operator using Gym Titan, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to gym operations
• Use the service only for managing your legitimate gym business
• Ensure your gym has proper licenses, insurance, and legal permits
• Maintain accurate member data and handle it responsibly
• Not share account access with unauthorized individuals
• Not use the software for any business other than gym/fitness facility operations
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Gym Titan
• Report any security vulnerabilities or issues promptly

▸6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans tailored for different gym sizes and needs. You can view current plans on our Pricing page. Plans are priced per gym location. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

▸6.2 Payment Terms

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually per gym location based on your selected plan
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other business payment methods
• Failed Payments: Service may be suspended if payment fails; account may be terminated after 15 days
• Multiple Locations: Each gym location requires a separate subscription

All content, features, and functionality of the Gym Titan service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Gym Titan Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your gym's business data, member information, and content you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide our gym management services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store member data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

▸7.3 Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile our software
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

You may cancel your gym's subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then. Upon cancellation, you can export your gym data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

▸9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment fails and is not resolved within 15 days
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You use the software for non-gym business purposes
• Your gym business is found to be operating without proper licenses
• Your account is inactive for more than 12 months
• We are required to do so by law

▸9.3 Effect of Termination

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gym Titan Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your gym's operations and use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including member privacy rights
• Any content or data you submit or transmit through the service
• Your gym's operations, including any injuries or damages to members
• Your willful misconduct or negligence in handling member data

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
